MISS TEEN US LATINA 2007 NAMED Nicole Korrody of San Antonio, Texas is named Miss Teen US Latina 2007 by the Pageant Organization. The decision was taken to keep from extending the reign of the 2006 titleholder through the re-scheduled National Pageant dates of April 2008 and allow her to continue on her chosen career path. A review process of all of the candidates under age 17 who participated in last year's national competition was conducted by Pageant Executives to arrive at the final selection of Nicole, who amply merits the title. At age 13 and the youngest candidate in her state pageant, Nicole, now 15, bested older and more experienced contestants to become Miss Teen Texas Latina 2006. She excels academically and has high moral standards that fit the criteria for a teen role model that all previous Miss Teen US Latina titleholders have exemplified.
