It was a privilege to be able to participate in the Latina
Pageant and always honored to represent my Heritage. I can't
stress enough how happy I'm with the award I received. It
means the world to me. This will open doors for my career, I
just know it.

I can probably go on forever naming how each of you impact my life in a

I would like to thank each and every one of you for everything
that you did to make this experience such a great one. I

better role models within our communities. Aside from her
physical attributes the Mujer Latina merits recognition of her

I have been working with a modeling agency out of Florida and
just recently wrapped up a photo shoot with New York
photographer Brad Starks. Being a part of the pageant last year
was such an awesome and life changing experience that I
have continued on pursuing the arts and modeling which is

something I didn't realize I enjoyed so much. I most recently got to be a part of
a Vogue runway show, and I am currently working towards opportunities with
the TV and film industry.

I want to thank you both for everything. I love the experience I
had with all the girls. Even though I didn’t win the crown, I do
think I am a winner, plus all the experience I gained from the

Despite my early prejudices toward beauty pageants, I find
myself immensely gratified with my experience. I am very
thankful to those who supported me, encouraged me to
participate, and the wonderful opportunity to represent
Hispanic women as I take part in many exciting and worthwhile

I wanted to thank you for such a wonderful adventure, I really
had a great time in Punta Cana and I’m very grateful I was able
to be part of such a beautiful event. I'd like to say that the
tagline for the state pageant was “tu sueño real” and that's
exactly what I got. Riding horses in the beach and swimming
had a great time in Punta Cana and I’m very grateful I was able

with dolphins were dreams I always had, the sharing and enjoying of such a
paradise with wonderful and beautiful new friends made that week
unforgettable, and that’s just the best gift that I will forever cherish.
It’s been about 4 months since my return from the pageant and I haven't
stopped showing off pictures and stories. I’m sure that’s the same for all the
other girls.

I just want to thank all of the organization for making a dream
out my vacation. Everything was more than perfect. You guys
took good care of us and made sure we were treated like
queens. I learned sooooooooo much and made friends with

delegates of Miss America Latina this year. It was a wonderful
